Guardrails
Daily caps, per-trade caps, approval gates and allowlists.
Guardrails are rules your agent cannot step past. They are enforced on the museli server, so they apply the same way to Muse, to the museli app and to anything else that uses your key.
The rules

| Protocol allowlist | All three | Blocks KyberSwap, Aave or Aerodrome if turned off. |
| Outside transfers | Always blocked | Cannot be changed. |
How spending is counted
The daily cap counts the dollar value of confirmed actions in the last 24 hours, plus actions that started running in the last 15 minutes. Prices come from Coinbase spot prices at the time of planning and are checked again before signing.
Exits
Withdrawing from Aave and removing liquidity reduce your risk, so they are treated as exits. Exits skip the allowlists, and instead of being blocked over the daily cap they ask for your approval.
Open the Guardrails tab in the app. Changes apply to the next check, including actions that are already planned but not yet signed.
